About the Role

Nexillo is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Healthcare Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent healthcare solutions that bridge the gap between clinical needs and modern technology. You’ll work at the intersection of user empathy, data-driven decision-making, and product innovation to deliver tools that simplify healthcare workflows and drive better outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions, aligning with business goals and user needs.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from clinicians, payers, PBMs, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Translate complex healthcare workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to guide product development from concept to launch.
  • Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
  • Monitor KPIs and product usage to inform iterations and optimizations post-launch.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare trends, interoperability standards, and digital health innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare tech, health plans, or health IT.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, EHRs, claims data, provider networks, or clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • A data-informed mindset, with the ability to balance user feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with AI/ML-based healthcare products.
  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data exchange standards.
  • Prior experience launching products for payer, provider, or PBM systems.
